The sub-objectives are; - To collect Project Management practices and organize cross-fertilization within a representative sample of 6th Framework Programme projects - To evaluate for this sample the path to follow in order to police reachable best practices found mainly on the private market - To accompany actors in their learning and integration of new management practices Mission of SPARK team: Assist in improving the understanding and competency of experienced and new project management practitioners. To accomplish this SPARK will challenge current practices, assess them according to a unique frame, identify best-in-class practices within the projects under scrutiny and define, document and champion the best practices which can be implemented within research projects in order to achieve their goals. To be visible, the approach will be pragmatic (approbation milestones with the beneficiaries of the project) and will #
